By train
Arriving by train at Munich please turn left at the end of the platform and take the exit to Arnulfstraße (north exit of the train station). Cross the street on the zebra crossing to get to the tram stop "Hauptbahnhof Nord". Cross both tramlines to take the tram number 17 to "Amalienburgstraße". The remaining waiting time for the next tram to "Amalienburgstraße" is displayed at the second tram shelter.
By car
The Munich Botanical Garden is located north-west of the city centre (look for "Schlosspark Nymphenburg" on a street map). Some car parking spaces are available opposite the main entrance (Menzinger Straße 65). Three disabled car parking spaces are provided in front of the main building of the "Botanische Staatsanstalten" (Menzinger Straße. 67).
